Due to high demand, Matra Softwood Pellets are available by special order only and will not be stocked in-store. To place a special order for Matra pellets:

• A 50% deposit is required at time of order.
• All orders are subject to manufacturer availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the manufacturer.
• Pricing is subject to change based on manufacturer costs and availability. The final balance due will be determined when the pellets arrive. Customers are responsible for paying any price increases charged by the manufacturer.
• We will contact customers upon arrival to confirm the order, collect the remaining balance, and schedule delivery or pickup.
