**Pellet must be paid in full at the time of order. Deliveries are available within our delivery zone. Minimum 2 pallet order to qualify for delivery.

We are working closely with pellet manufacturers to secure as many pellets as possible for the upcoming heating season. However, due to increased demand and supply challenges, pellet availability may be limited and certain brands may sell out.

To ensure fairness and transparency, the following policy applies to all pellet orders:

• All pellet orders are subject to manufacturer availability and are not guaranteed until delivered by the manufacturer.
• All pellet pricing is subject to change based on manufacturer costs.
• In-stock pellets will be sold at the current listed price.
• Pellets that are not currently in stock must be paid for in full at the time of order.
  • Payment in full at the time of order represents the current estimated price and does not guarantee final pricing
  • Final pricing may be adjusted based on manufacturer price increases, freight costs, and other landed costs. Customers are responsible for any increases charged by the manufacturer.
  • Customers may choose to switch their order to another available pellet brand, subject to inventory availability.
