**IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PELLET ORDERS**

We are experiencing extremely high pellet order and call volume. If you are interested in placing a pellet order, please call us at 978-355-6343.

If your call is not picked up by one of our team members, please leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, town, and pellet order request. We will return your call as quickly as possible to collect payment and schedule delivery.

  • If you have already placed and paid for your order and are waiting for a delivery, we will call you 2 days ahead of time to confirm your delivery date and placement instructions. We thank you for your patience.
  • If you wish to place an order, we are currently scheduling new pellet deliveries 8-10 weeks out. Please call 978-355-6343 to speak with one of our team members to place your order.
